The item for sale is a brand new, high-quality aftermarket replacement rotating bezel, insert, and tension spring. It is made for Rolex Military Submariner models with a plastic (acrylic) crystal, including 1680 and others.
The bezel insert comes pre-installed, and all you need to do is insert the tension spring and press the bezel onto the watch.
