They are sticky on both side so you can easily installed it on back of the Seiko Ceramic, Aluminum or Plastic insert which are loose and falls off from the bezel ring.

 SKX171, SKX173, SKX175 SKX007 SKX007 SKX009, SKX 011, SKX171, SKX173, SKX175, SKX013 7S26-0020 7002 and others.

No more cutting pieces or messing with the glue on the insert.
