They are made of 316L stainless steel which is the highest quality.
The spring bars are the same strength and thickness (fat) as the original.
This spring bar will fit watch band which takes only fat spring bars only on Submariner watch in which the spring bars holes are visible outside the case.
It will not fit watches in which the spring bars holes are not visible outside the case so make sure before purchasing it.
