It will fit your Audemars Piguet watch which has 28mm lugs.
This Strap is made of genuine premium Italian leather, high quality leather with alligator decor with white thread stitching with genuine waterproof nubuck leather linings on the back with Sweat resistant for long lasting and durability of the strap with thick 4.5mm padding for comfort and nice look .
It will fit up to 8-8 1/2 inch wrist.
Strap is 28mm at lugs and 20mm at the buckle.
