This clasp is with double lock release with screw to attach the strap.
It will fit the Panerai 44mm watch perfectly with 24mm at the buckle.
This deployment buckle will work up to 5.5mm thick strap and fits a 24mm strap at the lugs which tapers to 20mm at the buckle or fit 20mm at lugs and 20mm at the buckle.
