This is an aftermarket replacement gasket for the 41mm Rolex Datejust sapphire crystal watch. It is designed to sit between the watch case and the sapphire crystal to maintain a proper seal. It is compatible with Rolex Datejust models 126301, 126331, 126333, and 126300.
