The item for sale is brand new, top quality, aftermarket replacement,stainless steel, rotating bezel, insert and tension spring. They are made for a Rolex Submariner with a plastic crystal for 1680, 5512, 5513 and others.
Bezel comes with preinstalled insert and you just have to snap it to the retaining ring.
This rotating bezel, insert and tension spring (value $30 free) are made and work like the original. This is a high quality bezel made just like OEM. You will not be able to tell the difference.
This item is guaranteed to fit the Rolex Submariner watch.

Bezel insert are already installed in the bezel, all you need to put the tension spring and press down the bezel on the watch.
