This is a new, aftermarket replacement Rolex Oyster Perpetual watch case opener kit. It includes a case opener tool and seven dies designed to cover a range of Rolex and Tudor models for both men and women.
The opener features a knob for secure handling, with a design similar to the Bergeon 5537. Dies are sized as follows: No.0 18.5mm, No.1 20.2mm, No.2 22.5mm, No.3 26.5mm, No.4 28.30mm, No.5 29.50mm, No.6 36.50mm. This tool is not compatible with newer 6-digit models or the 44mm Deepsea model 126660.
